Full quarterly maintenance contracts price per-unit annually and usually land $600–$1,200 per RTU per year depending on size and access. VRF maintenance contracts run higher — $1,200–$2,400 per outdoor unit annually because VRF systems have more indoor heads per outdoor and require longer per-visit time. Replacement pricing is per-site quoted; we don't bid blind from a square-footage number.

What Valley does differently

Every commercial call gets a full diagnostic with real instrument readings, not "yep, needs a new unit" eyeball assessments. Permits get pulled on every install through Lehi City. What we don't do

Heavy industrial (large central chilled-water plants for warehousing or manufacturing — not our trade specialty), large industrial ammonia refrigeration, gas-fired absorption chillers.
