Bathroom remodel plumbing is the highest-stakes work in residential — once the tile and drywall are up, any mistake means tearing them back out. Adding a basement bathroom requires a sewage ejector pump to lift waste up to the main sewer. Adds $1,850–$3,850 to a basement bath scope. Plan it during design, not after the floor is poured.

Heated tile coordination — radiant heat under tile is increasingly common in West Jordan primary baths. The plumbing rough-in needs to accommodate the heating lines. We coordinate with electric or hydronic heated-floor installers.
