Inspection + drywall coordination
Orem inspector comes out, signs off on rough-in. Drywall and tile happen next (homeowner or GC). We come back for finish set after drywall is patched and tile is grouted.
Finish set + final inspection
Toilet install with new wax seal, vanity faucet hookup, shower trim and head, tub spout, supply lines, shut-off valves. Pressure-test, leak-check, and call the inspector for final sign-off. Bathroom is fully usable after this.
