Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling services in the greater Salt Lake City area and surrounding communities in Utah. All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and site conditions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates provided — whether over the phone, online, or in person — are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service.
  • We will communicate any changes to estimated costs before proceeding with additional work.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. Arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (801) 341-4222.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc.. The following terms apply:

6. Workmanship Warranty

Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. warrants all labor performed by our technicians for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, or work performed by others after our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our technicians' negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.

8. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. You are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any known hazards on your property. We reserve the right to decline or pause work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

11. Industry Standards & Compliance

Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. is committed to compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations. Our practices are designed to meet or exceed the following standards:
